Returns

At Prestige TV, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason. To exercise the right of return, you must inform the seller of the withdrawal from the contract and then send the product back within 14 days of notification.

Return period

The customer has 14 days from the moment of receiving the order to withdraw from the contract. After notifying the return, the product must be sent back within the next 14 days.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving information about the withdrawal from the contract.

The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of its dispatch is provided. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Return cost

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Return conditions

The returned product should be delivered as:

  • complete, including all components and accessories,
  • suitably secured for transport,
  • free of damage resulting from use or improper packaging.

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
